Welcome to Outstanding Instructor. By booking a tutoring session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We provide in-person and online tutoring for Grade 9–12 students, AP course preparation, university prep, and adult learners in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

3. Service Area

In-person tutoring is available primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Online sessions are available to students across Canada and internationally.

4. Pricing

– Grades 11 & 12 / AP
  – In-person: CAD 100/hour
  – Online: CAD 80/hour
– Grades 9 & 10
  – In-person: CAD 80/hour
  – Online: CAD 60/hour

5. Booking & Payment

– All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
– Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We accept e-transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

– More than 24 hours before session: No charge.
– Between 24 and 48 hours before session: 30% of the session fee will be charged.
– Less than 24 hours before session: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
– Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.

7. Student Responsibilities

– Arrive on time and prepared with relevant materials.
– For online sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and functional audio/video equipment.

8. Tutor Responsibilities

– Provide high-quality, personalized instruction tailored to the student’s needs.
– Maintain professionalism and a safe learning environment.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Student progress is influenced by effort and engagement, and results are not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All learning materials provided remain the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
